The new formats of the handcrafted pasta of whole durum wheat flour, produced from ancient Perciasacchi grains grown in the Alcamo area, bronze drawn and slow drying, is available from today.

Grains Perciasacchi means "conservation of the species" as these grains have been selected for years by farmers for their characteristics of goodness and ease of cultivation.

Natural stone milled Perciasacchi grains means "grinding of wheat germ" and therefore high nutritional properties and better digestion.

Grains Perciasacchi means "respect for the earth" as its natural characteristics make it suitable for cultivation in the Mediterranean climate without the need to use herbicides.
