The production of the extra virgin olive oil of the Antico Frantoio Vallone Company is absolutely guaranteed, the pressed olives are exclusively coming from the territory of Western Sicily. Olive trees are followed from the choice of the cultivation system, to pruning, to harvesting (hand picking) to the right point of veraison and to the milling, in the family oil mill located in the Alcamo area. The olives are pressed within a few hours of harvesting, knowing that immediacy guarantees a high-quality oil, which is why Vallone oils are rewarded many times over, respecting every phase of production. The extra virgin olive oil obtained is stored in special hermetically sealed stainless steel containers and placed in the cellar made in the rock of Alcamo travertine, so that it’s naturally decanted and can preserve all its organoleptic properties, to then be bottled inside of the same our Company. Nature of the soil, Cultivar, period and method of harvesting, immediacy of milling and conservation, characterize our different oils produced in Sicily. Extra Virgin Oil Angelicum LUX

Cultivar: Sicilian native olives such as Cerasuola, Nocellara and Biancolilla.


The Lux oil is the excellence of the Frantoio Vallone and perfectly combines tradition and innovation. It was born in 2014 from a collaboration with the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Palermo and the Puleo Company that implemented a kneading system for the continuous control of the amount of oxygen to strengthen the formation of polyphenols, responsible for flavors and aromas. To date, production is limited but we hope that as soon as possible this technique can become a production tradition in the olive sector.

Extra Virgin Oil Angelicum ORGANIC SUPERIOR

Cultivar: Sicilian native olives such as Cerasuola, Nocellara and Biancolilla.


It is the best expression of our production and company philosophy. Certificate from Bioagricert 1278/2011, is followed with care and attention at every stage of processing to sublimate its natural qualities and characteristics. It comes from carefully selected olives of the type and quality, the same ones that have made the Angelicum Oil famous several times. Of a fresh and full-bodied green color, embellished by soft golden reflections, the oil has a lively and pleasantly persistent aroma, accompanied by clear hints of freshly picked olive. Immediately affects the memory of lawn herbs cut shortly before, aromatic herbs and tomatoes. It enters into an intoxicating and velvety way and presents its very balanced and round structure. The taste shows the elegant and pleasant initial sweet, immediately supported by a body of considerable thickness. Gradually you dive into a polite bitter and spicy tone that "don't understand who doesn’t try it ..."

Extra Virgin Oil Angelicum SUMMA

It’s an eloquent business card of the Vallone family production philosophy. Dense, veiled with a beautiful bright green color tinged with yellowish notes, it’s proposed to the nose with a clean scent that first refers to the freshly picked fresh olive, then opens onto captivating tomato notes and more subtle than freshly cut grass. The taste is elegant and tasty, with a fine texture, a satisfying aroma and a beautiful texture that combines balanced and well-distributed perceptions of sweet, bitter and spicy. Persistent finish.

Extra Virgin Oil Angelicum GENTLE

Cultivar: Sicilian native olives such as Cerasuola, Nocellara and Biancolilla.


Green in color with delicate golden reflections. On the nose, it catches the hints of fresh green and fresh olive, combined with a very pleasant aromatic outfit where slight notes of aromatic herbs emerge. In the mouth it expresses itself with an important and seductive body. It’s tasty, generous and harmonious. Sharp herbaceous notes are combined with pleasant bitter stimulations. The finish is governed by a spicy vein and a clear and clean taste.

Extra Virgin Oil ORO DI FRANTOIO

Cultivar: Sicilian native olives such as Cerasuola, Nocellara and Biancolilla.


The selection is visually marked by a yellow-green shade in a balanced mix. On the nose it reveals itself to be fine and of slight intensity, with perceptions ranging from mowed grass to thistle. In the mouth it’s appreciated the smoothness of the flavor, while the sweet tone emerges with a happy spicy well inserted in the balanced context.

Citrus seasoning oil VENERE


Venere natural oil is a condiment with an elegant, refined and high gastronomic quality, obtained by the simultaneous milling and cold pressing of selected olives of the Cerasuola variety and freshly picked Sicilian citrus fruits. This oil, obtained with a unique and singular production process, is an elixir where the aromatic essences contained in olives and in the citrus fruit peels give the characteristic and very delicate aroma and taste.

Spice seasoning oil ESSENZIALE


Essenziale natural oil is a condiment with an elegant, refined and high gastronomic quality, obtained by the simultaneous milling and cold pressing of selected olives of the Cerasuola variety and fresh and freshly picked Sicilian spices.
