Do you want to better preserve your extra virgin olive oil?
Follow our advice!
For an optimal conservation of your Angelicum oil it is enough pamper him, just like we do.
It's simple: just make it feel comfortable!
Here's how, with 4 simple attentions:
- Angelicum oil loves being in the dark:
It's good to use a container that prevents the entry of light which would trigger the oxidation phenomenon of polyphenols, that is, those antioxidant molecules that are externally healthy for our Angelicum and for our body. - Angelicum oil loves being without oxygen:
It's recommended to store the oil in containers that are not excessively large (ideal 5L) and strictly hermetically sealed in order to limit the entry of oxygen which, oxidizing the oil, would gradually lose its organoleptic qualities. - Angelicum oil loves cool, stable temperatures:
it's recommended to store the oil in a cool and dry place, away from heat sources and sudden changes in temperature such as to freeze or overheat it, the ideal temperature is between 14° and 19°, in this way you can keep all the organoleptic properties intact. - Angelicum oil loves being in glass or steel containers:
The oleic acid contained in the oil doesn't interact with glass or steel, which is why they are the two most suitable materials, which keep our Angelicum oil unaltered. All other materials are corroded over time and begin to produce harmful substances.
It's possible, even if not indicated, to keep the oil inside the aluminum can as they are made with a layer of tin which has the function of protecting the oil from any alteration.
The ideal place for storing oil is thecellar which, by nature, has all these characteristics.
These small precautions will ensure thatyour Angelicum Oil remains, over time, as if it had just been milled!
A hug from the Vallone family and the whole group!
