  • How much are the shipping costs?
    Shipping costs are free for orders over € 120,00. A fee of € 10,00 will be added for a lower fee. For the minor islands a fixed contribution of € 20,00 will be added regardless of the order. For shipments abroad, contact the customer care that will tell you the real cost of the shipment.

  • What to do if there is another product inside the package?
    Contact customer care as soon as possible to open a product replacement procedure.
  • What to do if the package looks damaged externally?
    Upon delivery, accept the package "with reserve", check for any damage and contact customer care as soon as possible, to open a package replacement procedure.

  • Can I pay with Postepay?
    Yes, you can pay with postepay thanks to the secure paypal circuit.
  • Can I pay cash on delivery for a phone order?
    For telephone orders it’s possible to pay cash on delivery.
  • I made the wire transfer, how long do I have to wait to receive the products?
    To expedite the order procedure, we advise you to email us the CRO code of the bank transaction, in this way we will send you the products immediately.
