Our company, for four generations, constantly striving to improve the quality of its products and always striving to meet the needs of consumers, also presents the Ancient Flavors called "FRAGRANZE DI SICILIA". The peculiarity of these preserves are the extreme goodness, the use of the raw materials cultivated respecting the environment and the ancient recipes, the result of hundreds of years of research of Sicilian culture. The only ingredients used for preservation are Angelicum extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, lemon, salt, manna, honey and sugar. Only natural ingredients are used, which are good for health. In the label there will never be incomprehensible acronyms or those that represent industrial preservatives. All the fruit and vegetables we use are harvested only at the right ripeness and processed on the same day and this guarantees the preservation of fragrances and flavors. As a further guarantee of healthiness, in our productions, the raw materials we use derive from fields cultivated with natural fertilizers. Our company produces and transforms from fresh to the seasons. This choice guarantees the quality of the product and its fragrant naturalness as it is cultivated in compliance with the production cycle, thus regaining possession of the natural ripening cycle. No to "everything and in any case", (philosophy that has upset our culture...) but following the seasonality of each individual product.
