DELIVERY METHODS

The Antico Frantoio Vallone, after carefully packing all the products, relies on the collaboration of the best express couriers to offer a quick and safe shipping service, personally following the package monitoring phase. All the products start from C/da Fontana della Pietra in Alcamo (TP) to get to your home.

NOTIFICATION AND MONITORING
Free notification service for every shipment with email, with the details of the shipment and the link for monitoring.

AGREED DELIVERY
On request we offer free delivery service with agreed date.

IMPORTANT WHEN THE DELIVERY HAPPENS
When the courier arrives, to protect the customer, we recommend:

  • Communicate to the courier the acceptance of the package "with reserve", inserting it also among the notes any external defects (Ex: package not intact, tampered tape etc.);
  • Check that the number of packages arrived is equal to the number of packages written in the notification or in the transport document.

DAMAGE OR LACK
We pride ourselves on having an average 99.9% delivery of intact packages. In the event of damage inherent to the integrity or completeness of the products received, we ask you to facilitate our work by reporting the incident within 7 days of delivery, in accordance with current regulations, and we will be happy to offer you a positive experience in any case.

DELIVERY FAILURE
In the case of non-delivery, the courier will attempt delivery 3 times. Afterwards it will be possible to collect the package in the courier's warehouse for the next 15 days.

BILLING
Inside the package there will be an envelope with the delivery note or the copy of the invoice.
The information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is binding: Fiscal code, VAT number, SDI Code and PEC are mandatory.
In the event of a gift, no invoice will be inserted into the package.
For each order, the invoice issued will be sent to the invoice holder fiscal drawer.
