The honey is characterized by its straw yellow color which becomes white-beige when it crystallizes and with a delicate flavor with a vanilla aftertaste.

The Sulla plant, with red inflorescences, grows in pastures and in areas away from pollution on the western coast of Sicily.
In these pastures the native black bees can collect the pure nectar and produce a quality honey exceptional.

Honey is rich in beneficial properties for health: it's a source of natural energy thanks to its content of easily digestible simple sugars.

It's perfect to start the day at breakfast or for a quick recovery after physical activity.
