It comes from an ancient recipe of grandma Lilla and is characterized above all by the choice of meats: the Cinisara cow and the Nebrodi Black Pig reared in a semi-wild state on the Sicilian mountains; meat of which we know the breed, the breeder and the butcher.
The black pig of the Nebrodi is left free to roam the woods, eating the fruits of nature and acorns, from which it derives its characteristic color.
