Extra Virgin Olive Oil Oro di Frantoio (Gold of Mill)
Cultivar: Sicilian native olives such as Cerasuola, Nocellara and Biancolilla.

The selection is visually marked by a yellow-green shade in a balanced blend. On the nose it reveals to be fine and of slight intensity, with perceptions ranging from mowed grass to thistle. In the mouth it is appreciated the smoothness of the flavor, while the sweet tone emerges with a spicy well inserted in the balanced context.

- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources.

- Find its best use: In the preparation of fish-based appetizers, delicate sauces, couscous, molluscs, carpaccio, blue fish, meats. Suitable for all dishes in which dishes must be accompanied and completed but never covered. Used in the catering field for any type of dish.
