Grillo Wine I.G.P. Sicilian Land, Rewarded. 750ml. 13% vol.

White wine made from Grillo grapes harvested by hand and vinified with crushing and destemming. The grapes cool down at 7 ° C, the cold maceration for 12 hours with soft pressing and the fermentation at a controlled temperature of 12 ° C.

The calcareous soils on which the vines stand give to the wine intense aromatic qualities whose organoleptic characteristics have made it possible to obtain the I.G.P. (Protected Geographical Indication) Sicilian lands.

This wine was awarded the Gold Medal in the international competition "The Selection of the Mayor 2018", in the wine competition "Berliner Wein Trophy 2019", in the wine competition "Wow, The Italian Wine Competition of civilization of drinking 2019", in the wine competition "Portugal wine trophy 2019" and was awarded the Silver Medal at the "Concours Mondial de Bruxelles 2019".

The color is straw yellow with greenish reflections;
Complex and intense bouquet with hints of exotic fruit of good structure;
