The Villalba lentil has a centuries-old tradition and stands out for its particular organoleptic and nutritional characteristics: its high protein content and high iron content make it an irreplaceable element for a healthy, balanced and complete diet.
Cultivated on compact soils, in addition to having a high degree of flavor, they have the particularity of not flaking during cooking.
It's a low-glycemic food and therefore also indicated in the diet of diabetics.
