Zibibbo Wine I.G.P. Sicilian Land, Rewarded. 750ml. 12% vol.

White wine made from Zibibbo grapes harvested by hand and vinified with crushing and destemming. The grapes cool down at 7 ° C, the cold maceration for 12 hours with soft pressing and the fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15 ° C.

The calcareous soils on which the vines stand give to the wine intense aromatic qualities whose organoleptic characteristics have made it possible to obtain the I.G.P. (Protected Geographical Indication) Sicilian lands.

This wine was awarded the Gold Medal in the international competition "The Selection of the Mayor 2018", in the wine competition "Berliner Wein Trophy 2019" and in the wine competition "Portugal Wine Trophy 2019".

The color is straw yellow;
Perfume with typical Mediterranean scents with references to orange blossom and citrus fruits;
Harmonious and balanced flavor.
