The fruit of one of the most ancient plants cultivated by man, already appreciated by the Greeks and Romans: the Nebrodi hazelnuts; cultivated a stone's throw from the largest protected natural area in Sicily, the Nebrodi Natural Park and naturally toasted.
Young farmers grow the hazelnut variety Corylus Avellana and taking care of the plants and the territory they give us a hazelnut with an intoxicating flavor, good to eat raw and ready to be transformed, thanks to the hands of a pastry chef, into a tasty one cake or pastry.
Hazelnuts are also recommended in the diet of children, athletes and diabetics: live fruits with a high energy value and rich in vitamins.

- Method of conservation: Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources. In case of high ambient temperature keep in the fridge.
