Semi-wild Nebrodi black pig salami. 190g approximately.

The salami recipe is well calibrated, the secret is add the spices and aromas to the medium-grained mixture of pork shoulder and bacon in such a way as not to completely cover the taste of the selected meats. Finally it is stuffed into casings and tied by hand.
Without gluten, milk and derivatives.
