The family oil mill of Vallone Company, whose origin dates back to 1904, today has the latest generation plants, with continuous cycle and cold milling (less than 27°), to obtain a highly prized oil rich in polyphenols, that keep the fragrances. The olives, coming from the district of Alcamo, are delivered in small boxes that are airy, within a few hours of collection, to be immediately sent for pressing. The attention to every phase of processing, from the arrival of the olives to the storage to bottling of the oil, together with the strict selection of the olives and the constant control of the efficiency of the plants, allow the production of our award-winning extra virgin olive oil "Angelicum". The milling process, in addition to being followed by a rigorous traceability of the entire supply chain, guarantees the highest quality standard and is certified by the Environmental Management System according to UNI EN ISO 14001 which allows maximum respect for environmental protection.
