Catarratto Wine I.G.P. Sicilian Land, Rewarded. 750ml. 11,3% vol.
White wine made from Catarratto grapes harvested by hand and vinified with crushing and destemming. The grapes cool down at 7 ° C, the cold maceration for 12 hours with soft pressing and the fermentation at a controlled temperature of 12 ° C.
The calcareous soils on which the vines stand give to the wine intense aromatic qualities whose organoleptic characteristics have made it possible to obtain the I.G.P. (Protected Geographical Indication) Sicilian lands.
This wine has been included among the 10 best white wines of the South from the native vine of the "Wine Writers Radici del Sud".
The color is straw yellow;
Strong floral and fruit smells;
Well balanced flavor.
