This wheat comes from the uncontaminated territories of the Sicilian hinterland of Santa Margherita del Belice, cultivated by independent and courageous farmers, who with dedication preserve biodiversity and traditions.
- Origin of the product: Santa Margherita del Belice(AG).
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.
- Mode of consumption: Cook in salted water for 8/10 minutes. To be consumed also with any kind of seasoning.
