The orange, honey and manna marmalade is ideal for breakfast and tasty snacks, to do cakes and pies and it also goes very well with seasoned cheeses or as a pleasant end to a meal. Manna and honey are the sweeteners: exclusively natural. The manna, obtained from the trees of "Frassino da manna", can be found only in Sicily and is sweetly good and a very nutritious natural supplement. The locally produced honey completes the recipe.

The manna is a typical Sicilian product recognized in the list of traditional food products (PAT) that produces beneficial effects: intestinal regulation, autoimmunity, detoxifies the liver, can also be taken by diabetics in consideration of the low content of fructose glucose (on average 8.7%) and is a powerful natural supplement also suitable for children with constipation problems.

It is our intention to make a contribution to the dissemination of this product containing the manna and to ensure that as many people can take advantage of such a natural remedy that can enhance a splendid agricultural, cultural and landscape reality.
