The black olives are distinguished from the green ones by the degree of ripeness that gives the pate a pleasant note of ripe olive. Working the olives at minimum you can preserve the exalting natural flavor of the Nocellara del Belice olives harvested in October and matured in water and salt until February.
- Origin of the product: Santa Margherita di Belice (AG).
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, top up with Angelicum Extra Virgin Olive Oil and keep in the fridge.
