Alletterato Tuna, belonging to the Tuna family, fished exclusively in the Mediterranean Sea and handcrafted in respect of the most ancient craft traditions: worked within 24 hours of capture, cooked with the ancient method of boiling (water and Trapani sea salt), without no addition of dyes or preservatives and is stored in olive oil.
With its intense and wild flavor, given its small size which doesn't exceed 15kg, its meat is highly appreciated by connoisseurs of taste and rich in organoleptic properties such as semi-essential lipids and omega 3 of the acito eicosapentaenoico (EPA) type and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).
